Excellent from start to finish

On time for estimate, on time for fitting…on time for finishing the job. Furniture move and replaced where you wanted it. Could not ask for better service for price and quality, very unusual these-days to find a tradesman like this.
So dont hesitate if you need this man !!!!!

Faultless Service

A first class service in every respect. Craig and Keith do an excellent jobevery time, whether it is carpet fitting or cushion floor, the quality of fitting is second to none. Craig provides professional advice on the type quality and colour of all floor coverings when showing you the various samples. He fitted a carpet in our lounge and to save on wastage, he fitted the carpet with a join in it, allbeit at a bit which was well over to one side. I was a bit anxious about this, but it was a fantastic job, almost impossible to see the join. Following on from this we got him back and they fitted cushion floor in the bathroom and kitchen, a carpet in an upstairs bedroom and finished off doing the stair and top and bottom landings. Craig always returns any phone calls and if he is held up for any reason, he phones to explain that he will be late. Craig and Keith always tidy up when finished and are both very polite and respectful. They come highly recommended.

Excellent service

I couldn’t rate there service enough. Me and my partner struggle with money so we always look for value and a good service. We read a few bad reviews about carpet fitters and the bad quick jobs they do so we were hesitant to trust someone in our family home. We were put in touch with Craig and P&O carpets through a friend who couldn’t speak highly enough of his work ethic and attention to detail. Craig and P&O did not disappoint, he talked us through every stage of fitting from choosing colours to the type of carpet, we didn’t feel any pressure, our ideas felt like they were in save hands. The fitting was taken care off, they even moved our furniture which was a pleasant surprise. The service was so good we have already booked Craig to do our hall carpet and bedroom. Real quality tradesmen with attention to detail and professionalism are so hard to find but Craig and P&O kept there promise.

Was given Craigs number by a friend as I was let down by a couple of other carpet fitters. Phoned him on a Tuesday told him my problem with carpet, he came out to my house on Thursday as arranged and what a great help he was, he fixed my carpet there and then which was a great help, he was fast and efficient and went about the problem without hesitation, would highly recommend his company.

Brilliant work!!!!

We hired Craig to carpet and vinyl our whole downstairs and what a fantastic job he did, it looks amazing! On his first visit to our home Craig demonstrated fantastic customer service by spending a good 3 hours advising us on colours, carpet design and helping us make practical decisions based on our circumstances ie lots of pets! When fitting the carpets and vinyl, you could tell Craig takes great pride in his work through his excellent workmanship, tidy work area and razor sharp finish. We look forward to re-employing him soon to do our 3 bedrooms too.

Replacing Carpets

Craig did an excellent job fitting my carpets throughout the house. Moving furniture was a godsend as I have a piano and heavy glass table in one of my rooms. He is a very tidy worker and works quietly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss and disruption. This is the second time I have used P and O and I would recommend their services. A great job!

Best carpet fitting ever

Had a large staircase and hallway fitted in March by Craig and his assistant who himself had had a nasty accident the day before they were due at ours never the less they arrived on time and with the assistant in complete agony they went ahead and laid the carpet and never stopped until it was finished. On completion they cleaned up all the mess and left it in a wonderful condition. I have had Craig before when with Fred who has since retired had always done a wonderful job and I will employ them again.
